COPPER SHIELD SCX has a high copper content (45%) in a self polishing ablative technology. In addition, our performance booster SCX (Slime Control Xtra) provides outstanding protection against slime, grass and weed. This coating will provide multi-season pro- tection for high fouling conditions. No paint buildup will occur and eliminates the need for heavy sanding. Multi-season paint for superior protection against hard and soft growth in high fouling waters, and can re-launch after extended haul-out while retaining original antifouling properties. Perfect for powerboats and sailboats, and can be applied directly over properly prepared ablatives, epoxies and vinyl’s, and most any other hard or ablative bottom paints.
