My wife made champagne chicken, and topped it off with this Parmigiano Reggiano! WOW! WOW! Best We've ever had! Unbelievable! We're spoiled won't buy anything else! I'll stay with the 5 Stars, but, did not come with cotton moisture bag as stated in description. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Did not come with cloth bag, or knive as advertised!!!.. not sure if this might be a knock off.. I’ve bought it before and received the cotton bag& knife, plus label didn’t look the same

This is not your run of the mill reggiano cheese. It’s flavor is unlike anything I have tried before. Served alone or as a finishing touch, I strongly recommend Bonat farms products.

If you simply must have great Italian dishes. Then I highly reccomend using this product. My family and friends recognize this cheese as #1 choice when topping or making any Italian, or Mediterranean dish.
