The sort of book that the cover curls and won’t sit shut on the book after you’ve opened it a few times. Aside from this, good book, good content, exactly as described. Good value for money. Perfect gift for someone who loves the Office (US).

Great Book but Amazon don't protect books well for delivery
It's a nice book with great content. The quotes are well selected, so 5 star for the product. However, Amazon really need to learn how to package books - so I can only give 3 stars overall because it turned up warped and bent on the corners. This has happened a few times with books off Amazon now.
