Fun work out
A friend and I used this video and flex bar work out for a couple of years. We were not committed to loosing inches, but feel that the toning we got was great. It kept us both flexible (arthritis is an issue for us both.) and we had fun doing the workout. I actually think I will begin to use it again soon.

Great workout with low impact on the body
This workout is amazing for people who want and need an effective workout without the stress on your body. Can easily be performed while sitting in a chair and the instructional video makes the whole experience simple and effective! Highly recommend!

Just Amazing
This really works. I have been Bodyflexing for over 10 yrs. I started with the 15 minute tape, then the advance, which by the way will HOP you UP. Because you never stop the special breathing, it just continues thru each postion. Not like the first beginners in which you take breaks. Now this one with the gym bar is Ok, and I do use the bar. But I will do the NonStop Breathing tech a few times a week. I lost 14" in 10 days and 4 of those were off my waist. That was when I started and I did it twice a day. I now maintain, and workout four times a week to bodyflex. Its so Freakin easy.Ok now this Shapely Secrets, is different. No strange breathing. I cant say if it works or not cause its not what I started with. But I do own it and I will do it from time to time. I have to wonder why she let go of the breathing tech. I was thinking it might not be good for someone with High blodd pressure or some type of health issue. Well, I would say to try it.
