This is brilliant! It has charcoal in it, which makes it come out black, but it sudses up immediately. The charcoal is just enough to very slightly dry my face, yet leave it soft. I would not like to trade this for anything.

I really like this product and would like to continue using it. Unfortunately getting the product out of a pump bottle is much too difficult. The cleanser may be too thick or they are using a crummy pump bottle. I ended up running hot water over the bottle to loosen the cleanser so I could transfer it to a squeeze bottle. I also added a little water to soften the consistency. I hope this review facilitates a change so I can continue using it.

I am using this product for the first time. I was very surprised to find out it is black! I was expecting something more soapy or alittle gritty, but I like it and will be buying it again.
