This is good. When you take it. I swear I recall things in the past o thought I forgot.I’m going to take it every day. It worth the price.Just leave the jar on your table so you remember. I hate taking pills and sublimes but this is the best I ever took. Highly recommend this.

Take these all the time. I think they somewhat help my memory.

Give it some time. I noticed a difference after taking it for 7 days in a row. I take 240 mg or two pills from this bottle in the morning with or without food it does say on the package and my upset your stomach if you don't but I don't always take it with food. I've been taking 240 mg every single day and I have felt amazing with more Focus, mental clarity and being able to think on the spot with certain topics. It is extremely effective for the price that it is. I wouldn't necessarily say it boosts my energy levels since I drink caffeine along side of it but it might make a difference that I don't notice I can't say for sure. Do your own research though as this my interact with certain medications or if you're pregnant so be careful but I have noticed zero side effects.

I take a couple of these every day and very much like that the capsules are very easy to swallow. Can't speak to their impacts on my health because of perspective issues but hopefully they are doing good things for me.
