I bought these for my kid's family birthday brunch. They are easy to use and sturdy. And great value for price considering they'll be tossed at the end of the celebration.

Great value for the money. I usually buy party hats from dollar tree every year. I did the math and these came out cheaper per unit. They come preassembled. I bought in bulk so I won't have to buy these for another couple of years.

These should have not been folded prior to shipping; since they were folded into a hat shape, they got flattened and creased in transit.

Needed some party hats for my son's birthday and my daughter used the rest for a craft project to create a costume with the shiny metallic cardboard. The straps are flimsy but fit children well and adults with smaller heads. We just taped the string inside with duct tape over the staple when using it on a larger person and it did just fine to keep things in place.
