Excellent advise... but preaching about God?

I thought that this book offered some great advise and has many realistic and practical solutions for getting out of debt and going further to making sure you stay that way.My only problem is the religious angle she places on her ideas, which to me, seem somewhat off the point. Surely anyone - including an Atheist like myself - should be able to become "debt-proof" without having to find God in the process?If you can read around (or accept, if you wish) the more spiritual connotations of the book, then this really does have an awful lot to offer.
