The Pre Color Easy line is a "Water Based Pre Stain" for application it is suggested to use a (Padco) water based applicator, High quality sponges or, it may be ragged on using lint free cloths being mindful to keep the edges wet as possible to prevent from creating lap marks or overlaps.
