I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The chair was easy to assemble and instantly made a difference in my comfort while working. The lumbar support is excellent, and the mesh back keeps me cool throughout the day. I also love the flip-up arms—they make it easier to slide under my desk. For the price, this chair feels high-quality and provides excellent ergonomic support. Highly recommend for anyone setting up a home office!

I wanted to share my positive experience with this ergonomic office chair featuring a PU leather seat. I've found it to be not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable and easy to clean, which is a great combination. The mesh backrest is excellent for breathability, keeping me cool even when I'm working for extended periods. I also really appreciate the adjustable lumbar support, which helps me maintain good posture and reduces strain on my back. The flip-up arms are a fantastic and convenient feature, allowing me to easily tuck the chair under my desk to save space when needed.Overall, I believe this chair offers excellent value, as it combines comfort, functionality, and durability.

Comfortable office chair
This office chair is a great choice for anyone seeking comfort and support during long hours at a desk. The height adjustment works smoothly, making it easy to find the perfect position, and the built-in lumbar support provides excellent lower back relief. The overall build quality feels solid and durable. Most importantly, it's very comfortable—even after a full day of work, there's no discomfort. A solid, ergonomic chair at a reasonable price.

Great chair with one negative
I'm 6'1 and the chair is a good fit for my height. Love everything about the chair except the amount of padding in the arm rest. Great chair for the price and easy to assemble.

Excellent Office Chair – Comfortable, Supportive, and Stylish
I’ve been using this computer chair for a few months now, and I’m very satisfied with the purchase. What really stands out is the combination of the leather seat and mesh back—it’s a great design choice. The leather seat feels high-quality and well-cushione. It’s easy to clean, too, which is a nice bonus. The mesh backrest provides great airflow, which helps a lot during warmer days. (I’m living in Florida and it’s very important here)Assembly was quick and simple, with clear instructions and all necessary tools included. It took me about 20–25 minutes to put it together on my own. Once assembled, the chair felt very stable and well-constructed.The height adjustment and reclining features work smoothly, and the armrests are comfortable and supportive. The wheels glide effortlessly across my hardwood floor without scratching or making noise.Design-wise, it’s sleek and modern—fits perfectly into a professional home office setup. It not only feels good but looks great too.In summary, this chair offers a perfect balance of comfort, support, and ventilation. If you spend long hours at a desk and want something both functional and stylish, I highly recommend this one.

The Best Chair I’ve Found After So Many Tries
I’ve had lower back pain for years and spend long hours at the computer. After trying (and returning) several chairs, I finally found this one I love! My son assembled it in about 15 minutes and told me I’d love it—he was right. The cushion is thick and supportive, the backrest and armrests are really comfortable, and the mesh keeps my back cool. Overall, I’m super impressed. It’s comfortable, sturdy, easy to clean, and doesn’t break the bank. If you're like me and tired of trying chair after chair, give this one a shot. Totally worth it!

Excellent after sale support
8th month update: no problems with the chair; the seat cushion has fully "broken in" and feels really comfortable now. Before writing this review, I wanted the seat to "break in" for a couple of weeks since I know from my prior chairs, that the seat cushion would begin compressing a little (and initially, it felt "off" since my own body wasn't used to it yet). But let me back up a bit.I originally purchased this chair since the graphic (with the measurements) showed that it's lowest height from floor to seat top was 14.9" (and it's been getting more difficult to find chairs that go low; my prior chairs all went down to 14" as measured from floor to the top of the seat cushion). I'm of average height (170cm or 5'6") so I tend to like sitting lower. Additionally, my computer desk is 25" from the floor to the desk top (so I need a chair that has a seat that is no higher than 15" in order for me to be at a comfortable position to use my computer). As it turned out when I assembled the chair (which overall was pretty straightforward, except for the cumbersome part of securing the seat back with the arm rests to the seat bottom), the lowest position was 17" (the 14.9" is actually from floor to the bottom part under the cushion); it was a bit too high for my computer desk. That is when I reached out to XISHE (via their e-mail address included in the setup pamphlet since like many others, the product support link on Amazon takes you to a different company). The service representative went out of their way to find out what my problem was, and wanted to make it right (I explained how the seat at the lowest position, was way too high for my desk setup compared to my prior chair - I sent a photo comparing the two side by side). I didn't even mention to them I was considering returning the chair since I wanted to see how they would try to resolve this. XISHE offered to refund a portion of the chair so that I could purchase a suitable cylinder. This offer actually took me by surprise; I decided to give that a try since it would be easier than disassembling the chair, repacking everything, and then returning it (which I know something of this size is a pain since Amazon uses UPS for this type of return). After searching around (and reading up on cylinder stroke), I bought this 2.5" cylinder https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B1M2NQZX which is one of the shortest ones available with the standard 1.2" sinking on the housing (some cylinders are 2.4" sinking where more of the cylinder drops through the base), and it did the trick where the lowest position has the top of the seat at 15" from the floor.Initially, the chair felt uncomfortable because my previous seat didn't actually have good support at the front (but my legs had gotten used to that). It took around a week to re-adjust, and then another week for the seat to break in. Now one month later, this chair is comfortable. I did buy a seat cover (I normally prefer fabric material versus leather/faux or real) to round out the personal comfort aspect. I keep the armrests up since most office chairs, I don't install them (the armrests for this chair however, are part of the seat back support that is then attached to the seat bottom).Overall, I am really happy with the chair (with the shorter cylinder lift). But more so, I am impressed with the after sale support and the lengths the company went to help me resolve my issue.
