Hanes Women's Perfect-T Crewneck T-Shirt, Lightweight Cotton Short Sleeve Tee for Women

I like the Hanes Women's perfect-T Crewneck T-shirt. It is very comfortable. I purchased the white in large. I am a 38 B/C. I am 137 lbs. and 5'6 1/2 " tall. It fits well and is not oversized. I may buy the extra large as I like to sleep in these and wear them around the house. The tag is a tear-out. I did not have any trouble removing the tags, although I thought at first that the tags were permanent. I like the thickness of the material- not too heavy and not too thin. I have washed the t-shirts several times and both are still soft.

This is my new favorite t-shirt! I purchased it for layering, and it is so comfortable that I want to just wear it by itself all day! Whatever Hanes did with this t-shirt was amazing - it fits better and is more comfortable than any other t-shirt I own, and I own many! The fabric is just the right thickness, with just the right amount of stretch, and super comfortable. The fit is flattering too - not too tight, and not too loose. I'll be buying more.

Things I liked about this shirt: Good fit for a curvy woman with a little bit of a menopausal belly. Neckline is good (not too tight to the neck). Good material, thick and a nice deep black color, pretty soft for 100% cotton. I personally really like the feel of 100% cotton as synthetic fabrics make me sweaty and itchy. Things I didn’t like: Well, it is 100% cotton so …. It will shrink. One of the things I had liked about it initially is that it was a little longer, hit below the hips so won’t ride up my belly as I am moving around. But once I washed and dried it it shrunk and became much shorter. I have since been stretching it out and hanging it up to dry but that just takes extra effort in my laundry routine.

This Hanes Crewneck T-Shirt proved to be an exceptional find, especially considering its budget-friendly price of around $5 which during my college years was a saving grace. It is simple and versatile, this is an excellent choice for various purposes, with a few considerations regarding its texture. I had to get rid of a few of them over time due to deodorant built up (not the t-shirt's fault, it took me a while to realize that the culprit was a stick deodorant that ruined most of my clothes before I switches to spray) that I was not able to get rid of. PRO TIP: a mixture of dish washer soap, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide takes care of this issue (and odor) within a few hours with no exception! Anyway, I ended up repurchasing these shirts a few times because of their price, comfort and versatility. Crafting Potential: The t-shirt's plain design lends itself well to creative projects. Whether you're into crafting or looking for a canvas for appliques, the Hanes Crewneck T-Shirt serves as a blank slate, allowing for personalized touches and artistic expressions. I personally never tried using this t-shirt for crafting opportunities but I figured for the price it might be a great option for crafts enthusiasts! Texture Consideration: While the t-shirt boasts various merits, one consideration is its texture. It may not be the softest option available, which could be a potential downside for those who prioritize a plush feel. However, it's well worth the money and I believe that the lack of softness and stretch helped extend the longevity of this shirt as it never got stretched out and the crewneck remained intact after many rounds of going through the washer and dryer and less than gentle handling!

I purchased several of these in different colors. The price is reasonable but the item varies in length and size. Purchased Large and EX Large to find there was inconsistent differences. Some of the X were the same as Large. Also, tee feels soft and colors nice but they don’t last long. Seams give way and washing takes a toll on tee. Sometimes you get what you pay for……..

I am a hot sleeper so I enjoy lightweight cotton. These t-shirts have been perfect for me! I wanted oversized so I sized up and they are the perfect size. While the material is thin (which I wanted), it has not held up to washing very well, and I haven't noticed any shrinkage. I have already ordered more! They are as advertised and price is great.

My wardrobe needed a go-to white shirt and I'm really happy with this one. I'm 5'7" and usually wear a small in shirts. I ordered a medium and it fits great. It shrunk slightly in the cold wash, but the fit still works. I've worn it a handful of times and it's still holding up. I also bought one in 'light steel.' Medium is 20" pit to pit and 24" long. The shirt has a little stretch to it. Pros: - comfortable, soft - versatile -- goes with different bottoms but my favorite is to pair it with denim - hits below belt line so you can tuck it in if you'd like - a closet staple - good value for money Cons: - wrinkles easily - slightly see through and thin -- I'm wearing a black bra in the picture if you can see it... - runs small, order one size up if you want a looser look - looks boxy when you have it untucked I'm ordering another one since they are on sale for $6. It's nice to have a cotton t-shirt in your wardrobe. The shirt is casual and versatile. If you are looking for a simple white t-shirt that pretty much goes with anything this is the shirt for you.
