This did make a big enough difference to make it worth the money. So simple to use too.All I had to do was open the top of the air filter box and locate the hole that leads from there to the engine.Spray the contents of one can in 1-2 second bursts (with a 2-3 second gap between bursts) directly into the hole until the whole can is empty.Then I let it run for a few minutes. I put the air box back together and drove the car for about 10 miles.I noticed the difference instantly but it was even better the next morning. The car started with less vibration, it accelerated slightly better, more smoothly with less pinking under acceleration, and sudden acceleration no longer resulted in a plume of smoke.My car is a very poorly maintained 2006 Honda CRV. It definitely made an improvement.

Great product...make light work of carbon build up in the egr valve...used whole tin as per instruction..and noticed a great deal of difference with the performance...car even sound totally different now..
