I bought this for relief and relaxation after hard runs but I wasn’t expecting how amazing it would make my skin feel! I’ve used this three or four times and my skin feels noticeably smoother and I love it.! I have eczema and always struggle with my skin feeling dry all over so this is a big deal for me. The smell is strong but really nice and I do feel less pain and swelling in my feet after I soak. There really isn’t anything negative I can say about it. I ordered the mint and can’t wait to try the lavender. I think the oils are what really set this apart from what you can get at the drugstore. I would recommend!

This is an amazing product. Yes it seems insane to pay this much for Epsom Salt, but it's so worth the price. I am someone on a weightloss journey, I'm down 72 since 1/1/17. There have been days that I am sore from head to toe due to an intense workout. After starting to use these (I have both lavender and peppermint) my body was able to heal quicker and soothes extreme soreness. The scents are both nice. I prefer lavender at night post a long day and workouts. I recommend to athletes, anyone who struggles with aches and pains, or just a relaxing soak.

I have tried various brands of Epsom salt in lavender and for the most part have been satisfied with the results. However, the Epsoak Sport Epsom salt took it to a whole new level. I wanted to try this particular brand because first and foremost it's a bit cheaper than others. For the value, I get more. After trying it the first time, I noticed how much better my ankle felt. For background purposes, I do have ankle issues. After soaking it in 20 minutes, a lot of the pain disappeared for awhile and it felt more flexible. The smell to me is pretty good. Do not feel it's too strong or anything like that. Leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. Highly recommend! Added bonus: IT COMES WITH A SCOOPING CUP. Say whaaaaaaaat???

I went with your product because I felt upon reading what's in with the epsom salt helps with the process. It absorbs into the area that you need and I don't have to buy magnesium tablets to aid in the process. My daughter is a multisport athlete and though she is tough she knows when there's an issue that OTC medicine can't help or fix. So ice then hit the epsom salt then back and forth as along as you can take usually 10 minutes of ice then 20 in a warm water epsom salt bowl. Only thing I have a problem is that your in San Francisco. Should move to any actual free state but that's just my personal opinion. Smalls great and it will open your sinuses with a great peppermint smell.

I AM A SENIOR WITH PAIN AND WHEN I SOAK IN EPSOM SALT SPORT IT IS AMAZING FOR MY PAIN, I SOAK 30 TO 40 MINUTES IN MY DEEP BATH TUB, AND I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER AND THE PAIN IN MY LEGS AND BACK ARE NOT IN MAJOR PAIN ANYMORE. I WOULD SAY AT LEAST 80% OF MY PAIN IS GONE. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FOR 5 YEARS, I STILL USE IT TWO TIMES A WEEK JUST BECAUSE IT FEELS SO GOOD TO FEEL BETTER THEN WHEN I GOT IN, I AM 78 A WOMAN AND I SAY THE TRUTH WHEN EVER ASKED, TRUST ME!!!!!

LOVE this salt soak! I recently had surgery and needed to take baths as part of my recuperation - these epsom salts really worked for me and made it a more enjoyable experience (I'm generally not much of a bath person)! I love the smell of lavender, and this is a true essential oil lavender, not some fake perfume smell - they filled the air with a divine scent. Plus, this brand/item is much more reasonably priced than many similar items sold on Amazon that are geared towards new moms looking for some relief and relaxation (which is where I started my search). When I am back up and running, I look forward to trying these for their intended post-workout use. Highly recommend!

I got bucked off a young horse a few years back, I fractured my pelvis. I'm not a Spring Chick... what was I thinking?? This stuff is wonderful! I have a hard time walking or doing anything physical and this stuff is a Godsend! While I'm soaking I do stretching excersizes and yoga. I can actually do them!! I feel like my core is getting stronger:). I highly recommend this if you've had any problems that makes you not be able to do anything that gives you pain and try excersizing in the soak. I'm here to tell you it's worked for me. I also like using plain or other scents too. Nice to change them up and make the bathroom smell good !!
