Tackform Tablet Holder with 1" / B Sized / 25mm Ball - Compatible with All iPads up to iPad 12.9 Even with Protective Cases

The media could not be loaded. Fairly easy to assemble. My use was to be able to attach my iPAD 11 Pro to the tripod legs used for my camera. For long distance shots with a long distance telephoto lens it is critical to have stability and be able to adjust camera focus on a large and bright screen. The tackform holder attaches to a separate RAM mount that allows a wide variety of adjustment. The iPAD was firmly held, not to tight and certainly not to loose, critical in a field situation especially at night. The kit comes with the middle section, multiple legs that you can interchange depending on your device, and a 1" ball used for attaching to other hardware.

Would rate it 5 stars if it came with a goose neck or adjustable stand.

I own another brand of this type of holder too and this is the way to go if your tablet has a thick protective case as its "fingers" are the longest of any I've found. Otherwise it just plain does what it's supposed to do. Good spring tension holds well without being difficult to get a tablet in or out. 1" ball is compatible with all 1" ball brands. Good value for the $.

I use it for my IPod in my truck.I like the way it secures my iPod to keep it from falling.Like everything else they do wear out from use and have to be replaced from time to time.But on a scale from 1-10 I gave it a 9
