My wife and myself are almost 70 years old and need suitable shade from the sun, the description sates UV 50+ so we thought this would be sufficient, however the parasol provided does not give us adequate protection from the sun for our requirements, extremely disappointed with the very poor quality. And if we return it we have to pay the return postage - so buyer beware!!

I brought this as have pigeons nesting above my balcony,I cannot get a normal table and chairs with umbrella on the balcony as it’s a very tight space indeed,so I was looking for something that was sturdy but easy to pop up when I wanted to sit outside with some protection from pigeon poop,Researched things thoroughly before deciding upon this one,base not included so I had to source that one elsewhere,I brought a cast iron one for the extra weight,which I’m pleased that I did because it means the umbrella doesn’t move around.Seriously easy to assemble,basically came in two pieces,so all I had to do was slot the bottom pole into the top half and then pop it into the base, secure it in place and then click the little button to open up the main part.fairly easy to use the tilt action as well and that works in two directions.All in all I would say a good buy for the money I paid

No te va a servir a no ser que tengas una base que asuma un mástil tan grandísimo de diámetro, pero sobre todo cuidado porque el texto de la presentación omite las complicadísimas gestiones que has de hacer si quieres proceder a la devolución del producto.Te envían una etiqueta que por incompatibilidad de formas de hacer de países no te van a aceptar.Entonces te ves obligado a que vengan a tu domicilio y te dejan de devolver una cantidad de dinero que de verdad es vergonzoso.Al comprar en amazon piensas que la devolución es más ágil y te reembolsan el 100%, aún así es responsabilidad del / de la comprador/a observar la política de devolución.Aunque lo hagas, no te vas a enterar de la cantidad tan bochornosa de dinero tuyo que se quedan.Sinceramente, recomiento, debido a esa problemática, a lo que se ha de añadir lo fácil ágil y devolución al 100% que ofrecen otras empresas, NO COMPRAR ESTA SOMBRILLA.Un saludo

Bought for elderly parents to go on their balcony. Needed rectangular tilting piece and this suited. Nice colour - we'll have to see if it fades over time - but seems to be OK so far

Love it ,it is so wide keeps the sun off brilliantly.
