Perfect for class activity
Just finished our Sun Unit and students made necklaces using these beads. They were totally excited when we went outside to see the "sun's magic". Beads are perfect clean/white indoors and change quickly when outside. The purple and pinks change faster than the yellow but after a while you can see the yellow okay. They were the perfect size for toddlers to put in string and worth the money.

Perfect For Science Class
I’m a Health teacher and bought these to teach a lesson on sunscreen and UV rays. We used them in an experiment and wow! Very impressed with this product and I’ll be buying more! I thought they’d need time to activate but they immediately started changing color when we took them outside. They turn back to their neutral color within a couple of minutes of returning inside. Can reuse!

Great science fair project!
Love the product - they react quickly to sunlight as well as narrowband UVA light (a ‘black light’ flashlight), however, the different colored beads react differently. Trying to figure out if the yellow and peach colored beads only react to UVB or if the flashlight just doesn’t provide enough UV intensity to trigger the reaction.

Color Change beeds
They do change color in the sun. I thought they would be brighter colors and not so pastel... They are nice beads and my kids like them. I'm going to make a bead loom for them to make bracelets on, using the beads.

These are so much fun
These are so fun with kids! They change in the sunlight and it's pretty cool to use for a science day! They appear clear until in the UV! Great way to teach kids about the UV lights. You get a lot of beads too for the price!

Perfect for what we needed! I needed these beads for a science stem lab for testing sunscreen. I previously bought a different bag from another company in Amazon. It was defective so I returned it and bought these instead. These beads work perfectly! Thank you!
