Great for cat and toddler situation!
Very easy installation. I had no problem getting the adhesive to adhere to my wall and door. This was the perfect solution for my toddler and cat. We currently rent a house and keep our cat’s litter box in the garage and need the door to stay open enough for her to go in and out as she pleases. I also want to protect our toddler to from getting into the garage. This product was a cheap, good quality solution for our family. It is also very easy for an adult to open, so no struggling with a baby gate.

Strong and study!
Don’t just go for it like I did! Haha I kinda measured it and then just stuck it on there thinking that I could adjust the strap closed but it didn’t retract on itself enough to let my cat into its area but also keep my toddler out. With enough determination, he could squeeze part of his body through. I jimmyrigged it with strong glue and made it the length I need, it’s a good product and has upheld a tantrum or two when my kid realized he couldn’t get through to chase the cat. Recommend!

Great to keep babies in and cats can come and go

Easy installation and sticks well. Maybe a little too well when it comes time to remove it, but it works great!

Sensible solution!
This is an effective way to keep children & dogs out of the area where the litter box is kept. No major tools needed to cut the door! So far it has worked well.

3 years later and it’s still holding up!
3 years later we still have this up blocking our laundry room and cat food/litter box. Our toddler pulls on the door constantly when it’s latched and our dogs shove their faces through. It’s only popped off once when we adopted our stray dog and she jumped up. We put it back up and it hasn’t moved in a year. This is worth it!

Ripped off the wall within an hour
Ripped off as soon as my 2yo put even a little force on the door. This might work with small dogs and cats and crawling babies. If you have toddlers - they will destroy this.
