Loved this. Small pearls, wonderful flavor. Served it with creme fraiche, buckwheat blinis, snipped chives and some good vodka. Definitely recommend. I realized that since I retired from being a chef, I haven't had good caviar in a very long time. This definitely filled the bill!

Sooo delicious! I bought the 2oz and it was almost too much for the two of us...we had to find ways to use it up! Oh, the horror!

bought for valentines's day. one for my ex, and one for me tastes fishy and super salty like seawater. not at all worth it. I ended up sharing it with some friends and trying to put it in some ramen (which I later threw away) She told me that she liked it, but I think she was just trying to be nice

sustainable product, good price and very fresh tasting

I feel that the salmon was a tiny bit too salty but the quality is good and the price was right. The bowfin caviar was really good!

I have tried a variety of caviar’s. My husband does not enjoy the ones that smell and taste more fishy, but he really did like this one. I liked the texture of this one as it was a nice mix between creamy and feeling the individual pops. Finally a caviar both my husband and I can agree upon!
