Very comfortable for braces!
I am an orthodontic assistant and my boss recommended I get this mouth guard for my son for football. No more paying for custom mouth guards! This thing fits him so well and is so comfortable. Great quality! He’s a big biter when it comes to mouth guards and it seems like this one was able to withstand it. No damage this season! Not for adults
This guard is too small for an adult. It's got a good thickness to it, but its not suited for an adult and I have a small mouth.
