I would say you get the size up from what you would normally have as it is extremely very very tight fitting I know it has to be to get the desired look but I would go a size up

I’m at a loss reading all the positive reviews for this product.Personally all I got was a super high waisted pair of normal pants with a bit more elastic, no sculpting capability at all; they also roll down under your breast every time you move around so I needed to flatten them regularly.Ladies, don’t waste your money, rubbish buy!

The product is comfortable and material is good, however, there is very little difference except it holds the stomach together.Doesn't make me want to purchase again
