Q: Will it remove waterproof madcara?

It’s not a makeup remover. I use it after taking my makeup off and it’s made a tremendous difference to my skin

Q: Is this a cleanser that you would apply and remove with a cotton pad ?

I have not tried removing it with a cotton pad, I wash it off with water.
