I bought the laser hair remover for myself and my daughter. I am the only one who has tried it so far. I tested it on my leg and toe. It is PAINLESS. The blasts of laser do not hurt at all. It initially made me question if it worked because it was not painful at all. I did follow directions and only used it on the lowest setting first, so that may be the reason I couldn’t feel it. I have tested an area to make sure I didn’t have any reaction. I plan on using it on my underarms, upper lip and bikini area. My daughter will use it for underarms. I’ve only used it twice. I can’t speak to permanent hair loss, only because it hasn’t been long enough. I will definitely come back and write a follow up review. So far the product is lightweight, easy to use, can’t wait to try it on other areas.

I wanted to make sure I used this product for 5 weeks straight, at the highest level 3 to 5 times a week before I wrote any review.I've had professional laser hair removal many,many times. Professional laser hair removal definitely is painful where this device has zero pain at all, which should have been my first clue.I decided to use the device on 2 areas that had already been treated professionally about 8 years ago. These areas only had minimal hair returning so I really only needed a touch up. This should have been easy then since the hair had already been zapped numerous times. I wasn't starting from scratch but really towards the end.Unfortunately, the instructions state to shave before use, so practically every time I used this I had to shave. Well, guess what that did? It brought back MORE hair than I originally started with. So now I have more hair and a device that unfortunately does not work.For reference I'm fair to light and my hair is black. I'm literally the perfect target for laser hair removal and this still did not work. Now I will be going back for professional services because this did not do the job.

[update from one star to three star August 23,2022]I'm changing rating because I received an excellent customer support.Unfortunately by the time I figure out this item doesn't work. I can't return it.However customer support contacted me and they are ok with refunding.They are working hard to make customer happy.So, three star. I hope they will fix the issue in near future.[August 13, 2022]I have used about a half year. Nothing changed. Don't waste your money on this item.

This is my first try at any IPL device. It is very easy to use (looks like it can be used similarly to many others) and I haven't really seen results yet, so it is hard for me to gauge. I have had this product about 3 months and have tried to use it 1-2 times per week (I missed a few weeks in between), so I am still waiting to see what happens.One thing that has prevented me from being able to use the product on several occasions is that you should not put Lotion or deodorant on before using this product and hair length should not be more than 2mm long before using this therapy. Those are some takeaways that I think it is important to know.-Kayla M.

Es fácil de manejar, no pesa nada lo acabo de usar y me encanto, leí q si no te afeitas primero lo puedes hacer pero si no te molesta el olor a pelo quemado 😂 y sip, si no te afeitas sentirás un leve olor a pelo quemado, pero nada que temer al respecto, lo use en el primer nivel ya que sólo quería ver cómo funcionaba, ya escribire otra vez segun vea los cambios, es buenísimo el que escribamos aquí cómo funcionan las cosas eso ayuda mucho y cómo a mi me ayudo el leer lo que todos escriben púes aquí les dejo mi comentario para poder seguir ayudando. When I bought this I didn't have high expectations that this would work. I have to shave every day because my hair grows fast. I have used this every day for over a month since I purchased it. My hair growth has basically slowed down over 90% since using this, I don't have to shave but once a week now. That in itself is impressive. I highly recommend this product especially for it being a product used for home use, it works very well. I bought this on an amazon deal, so if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have bought it. The price was a little to pricey for what I wanted to pay, especially if this didn't work.
