Also very easy to use as everything is mentioned on the board and manual guide.Very sturdy and light weight. So easy to carry and will not break easily. I am exercising regularly with this and experiencing improvement also.

The two halfs aren't really bonded together so they flex more than a single plastic board, which is bad and sometimes scary when you are a heavy person. You are afraid when you push down the board flexing will eventually break and you get final destination level injuries. The handles aren't tough as they need to be too. Not exactly confidence inspiring when you put weight on it the tough plastic warps. For light beginners who want to get more defined triceps and shoulders, this is a worth buy. Inexpensive and effective. I am a heavy boi and i can see my triceps more than my biceps already. Also i feel the change in chest muscles too. The other gripe with this board is that the yellow is for the back and its written in some foreign language. After the day i tried the yellow line, i felt like i broke my back and was so afraid😂But its all good now. I know what each does.For the big bois, heavier than 110kgs, its better you get another type of equipment than this. Or something that isn't plastic made. Normal push-up handles would be better than this. And understanding the hand positions with respect to your own body and getting used to that in the push up handle would be more effective than this board. I think all these are designed with an average small person in mind and not some wider shoulder types. So look elsewhere

The media could not be loaded. Has a lot of scratches. looks like a paint job gone bad. Not sure how this product git good reviews. I have asked for a replacement. Will update the review once I have received a new one.Update on replacement received: still has scratches. Not if good finish, but if good sturdiness. The handles has water marks, as if someone dropped sweat on it. Seems like all products are used by someone else, 2nd hand products.

This product is amazing fabulous awesome

The build quality is not that good for the price paid. It's average quality. The price should be around five hundred for this 17 in one variant and not this much higher. Still i decided to buy this expensive model as this one have a single board which is much safer than having two different boards attached together
