I purchased this hearing amplifier for an inpatient who has mild to moderate hearing loss, and after several weeks of use, I can confidently say it’s one of the best value-for-money devices we’ve come across on Amazon.The setup was simple and intuitive. It came pre-assembled and ready to use straight out of the box. The volume control dial is easy to operate, even for someone who isn’t tech-savvy, and the included instruction manual is straightforward and helpful.

Great little sound amplifier gismo that helps my 99 year old bed bound mum have conversations and listen to entertainment that she didn’t have with her very expensive but uncomfortable hearing aids.Simple and effective.

The sound on the device is very clear, however drops points due to feedback heard not just by the user, but those around them. No rhyme nor reason for this at times. The user sat quietly, no movement, or other impediment.

Had this delivered to my Dad yesterday. He can’t wear normal hearing aids as the in-ear wire has caused multiple ear infections. He was becoming isolated, withdrawn and depressed. This morning he called me and was laughing and happier than I’ve heard him in ages. He says even on lowest setting he can hear everything and Mum says he hasn’t stopped talking. He’s watching sport on tv and is repeating back what the commentators are saying and laughing. I give Mum two days before she hides it 😂😂 Seriously, this is an amazing little bit of kit and I’m over the moon that Dad is so happy. He says it’s so comfortable and whilst he prefers the over ear phones in the house, he’s happy the ear buds are comfortable enough to wear out and about.

Great little device - my Dad can now enjoy the TV without it having to be at a very loud volume. Quick to recharge.

Totally over priced, but a fraction of the price of earing aids. Purchased for someone to use whilst getting her earing aids sorted out. Works well as a stand by. Pity there is no numbered volume level and no low battery warning light.
