This is a very nice fishing rod, I was looking for a moderate action casting rod. Packaged perfect nearly impossible to damage the rod in shipping.

I’ve only taken this rod out and used it twice, so I can’t say much about longevity. But it has been a good rod so far. Very comfy rod, I actually like the grip better than the grip on my Googan rod. It feels almost a little fragile but I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Overall good for if you’re just getting into baitcasters or on a budget.

Nice stout rod with good sensitivity. Seems to be well made but havent had it out enough to speak for its longevity also have yet to hook a monster fish to test its strength. Very happy with the buy as i like this rod more than i do a few i have spent twice as much on.

Got this torrent setup to replace an ugly stick and a sigma that I had been fishing with for the last 17 years. My old cheap setup finally wore out and for $80 I got a rod and a reel to be my new travel setup. I have some expensive stuff I use on the boat and to be honest they aren't that much better than this setup. Not sure how it will last but it has great feel, super sensitive and a nice light feel. I might buy another one it is so nice. May try the spinning rod next. I have a gx2 as my cheap spinning rod and I like the piscifun baitcaster way better than the ugly sticks.
