Great for a gift. Kinetic sand is great quality and the spin art makes it super fun for all ages. Cleaning up takes no time at all and I store it all in a large ziplock for easy use next time.

Sons loves this! Interesting how it works. Doesn’t dry out. Much better than playdough.

My 3, 5, and 7 year old are having a blast with this! I love that the treasure chest is its own container for all the kinetic sand. Kinetic sand in general is a little bit of a clean-up (although I find it is easy to vacuum or sweep, so way easier than any sort of slime), but that doesn't bother me. I love all the accessories that come with this too that help get the child's imagination going! My only critique is that the "key" that comes with this is easy to lose and tricky to use. You basically just have to put it in and press up a little for it to open, but I have not been able to open it without the key (I'm sure in a pinch I could insert something similar size) and my kids can't get past the idea that you don't turn the key so they have to call me over whenever they want to use it. I would love to have seen the key just be an imaginative piece to it, not actually needed to use it!

This was a gift for a child and was perfect! It takes a bit to find all of the treasures and took some adult help too. That's the only down side, is depending on the person's age it may take some help.
