I did get a free bottle. BUT if this did not help why would I even want a free bottle? I was having pain for a couple of months and it was getting worse. My doctor ordered a sonogram to investigate. They said that I had fatty liver. I started taking this and 7 to 10 days later my pain was gone and has not been back
