If you want a leg and glute work then go ahead cause that’s all this is . The modification girl is moving just as fast as them so if your on the heavy side forget keeping up. The workout background actors are maybe weigh 100 pounds and are trainers. I lost 110 pounds in 6 months with weight lifting and some cardio because that burns more calories. I stuck to a high protein low calorie diet of under 1500 calories a day plus 1000mg of sodium a day. Don’t waste ur money on anything beachbody especially that terrible shakeology that cost an arm and a leg . Worst workout ever

Revisiting the T25 system
Great workout for 25 min a day 4 days a week (50 min once a week). Borrowed this from a family friend long ago and used to to lose around 40 lbs. I’ve kept off the weight but wanted to continue my fitness journey, so I purchased it through Amazon. You get all 3 dvd sets including a resistance band needed for one of the workouts. 10/10 recommend as a starting place for a fitness journey. However l, HIIT workouts aren’t intended for everyone and I would suggest working up to it.

Good ol t25
My husband and i used this particualr work out dvd system to lose weight back in the day..ours was old scratched up and some missing from moving so much. This system seems unused and truly new. Great deal for everything
