I am so pleased with this cushion. It's just the right firmness to sit on comfortably to do exercises. I will also be using this as a kneeling pad, for head/neck support and for lumbar support on my desk chair. The print pattern is clear and goes with my home decor. Highly recommend.

I like the soft yet firm construction of this yoga block. It is sturdier end to support poses but still comfortable enough to use as a meditation cushion. I would recommend this prop to add to your practice.
