Missing pieces no customer service
If I could give zero stars I would. This product came with no legs and customer service did not reply at all. This product is too expensive to be missing pieces.

Love this guy. I bit loud but you can turn him down, but when you do you hear his mouth banging together when he talks. My grandson has a love/hate relationship with Jack. Loves the movie so thought he wouldn't be afraid of him but he is, so wants us to press the button while he watches from a distance. LOL Wish I would have waiting to order him and got him 22.00 cheaper! :-(

Unfortunately it came with broken parts so I was also heartbroken having to send it back

Keep protected but so cool
I gave four stars only because I thought it was a little overpriced. It is a cool item which I was so excited to have. The Santa uniform is a little flimsy. I was actually able to assemble it myself which I am saying if I can do it …This item is intended to be inside or under a covered porch. I have an animal sanctuary so I allow myself a corner of the yard so I can decorate. In the fall I go whole hog with all the pumpkins, so to make use of my small fortune in pumpkins, at Christmas time I convert the pumpkins into a nightmare before Christmas scene. Jack was holding up well in which we put a stake behind him to keep him blowing from the wind. Not really meant to be out in the weather, But was being a real trooper and was holding up…. I really wanted him and he was such an awesome addition. We have a fence around the area to keep the horses, goats and dogs from getting to the decorations. However we have 17 dogs and apparently Jack freaked them out. So a couple of the dogs jumped the fence and ripped him to shreds. I had him less than a month. This is absolutely no fault to the product. If I could afford to buy another one I would go for it again. I would absolutely recommend him. Everything worked exactly as it should . Just keep him protected he is a little delicate. PS. He is tall. I loved Jack…RIP 😁
