I used this for the first time today and I’m really pleased with it. I boiled the water and let it cool, and the salt dissolved straight away. The nozzle fitted comfortably in my nostril and didn’t sting or feel uncomfortable at all, which was a relief. At first I thought I was doing it wrong because the water wasn’t coming out of the other side, even though I was leaning over the sink with my head tilted. By the end of the bottle everything cleared and it suddenly started flowing through properly, and my sinuses felt so much clearer afterwards. It really wasn’t as bad as I expected. The bottle feels sturdy and easy to use, and I found the temperature guide helpful as a reminder to use the water at the right warmth. I’m really glad I tried this and I’m going to keep it up as a weekly routine. I would definitely recommend this.

It works fine apart from the thermometer which does not seem to register.

After having very painful sinusitis mainly in my left cheek & all around my jaw since Christmas I feel that this is a very simple & effective way to make me better. I’ve had nasal sprays, antibiotics, Sudafed tablets, decongestants etc. I have used this once a day in the evenings for 3 days & today I am practically pain free. It is very easy to use & completely flushes the nasal passages out. I’m doing another rinse soon & keeping my fingers crossed for another happy sleep & pain free day again tomorrow!

Works great! I have always had sinus problems and this is a solution that provides some needed relief. The nasal rinsing process isn't exactly pleasant, but it has been effective for me. This is cheaper than the other name brand I saw on here but I think it is a good product. I am happy with my purchase. Plastic materials, but what do you expect for less than $10. It isn't a permanent fix, and my clogged nose sometimes returns, but it is more manageable and less severe. Consult your doctor for medical guidance, but I recommend giving this a shot!
