Simple yet elegent

A great upgrade to my old builder “boob” lights
I purchased one of these to see if I’d like it to replace the builder grade ceiling fixtures in my home. My husband installed the first one and we really liked the look, so I ordered 3 more and installed them myself. These are a huge improvement over the builder lights and they give off much more light. As some other reviewers have noted, the screws that connect the canopy to the ceiling bracket could stand to be longer. I was able to use some of them, but others we swapped out for longer screws and nuts. The longer screws aren’t visible once the glass canopy is installed. Another thing others have mentioned is to be aware that there’s a seam in the shade that you’ll want to turn to the least noticeable angle. It’s attached by screws, so it could probably be adjusted, but that portion of the fixture comes already connected and was tightly screwed, so I decided not to try to adjust it just to move the seam to a less noticeable place. Overall, I’m really pleased with this light, especially for the price. I may try to buy another and retrofit it on a ceiling fan, as another reviewer mentioned.

Good enough
Good enough to replace standard builder grade bedroom ceiling lights. Keep in mind this is only 12 inches wide.The product well made and sturdy with a glass bottom. (dont settle for plastic ones with will yellow over time)There is a seam in the fabric so you will face that towards a corner or wall that people will not see it.
