So glad I bought tgem
Fit: great Effectiveness: excellent Comfort: perfect I love these, they really help with my heavy leg lymphadema . Definitely would recommend, even at the price (though would be great if cheaper).

I bought these after trying a couple of other brands of compression leggings that were either very uncomfortable or cheaply made. I wasn't feeling overly confident that these would be great either, but I'm pleasantly surprised. I have lipedema and venous insufficiency, so compression is a must. These leggings are SO comfortable. They're quite high waisted, but I'm okay with that because they don't dig in at the waist or constantly fall down. They provide even compression from top to bottom & are well made, so no snagging or ripping. They're not see through, so you could get away with wearing them alone (versus underneath other clothing). I'm 5'7" and 180 pounds & I bought XL, which fits perfectly. So far, I only have the black pair, but I'm planning on getting a nude pair as well. My only criticism is that I wish they came in more colors because I'd buy them all!

These compression leggings were recommended by my physical therapist for my lympho/lipedema knees and legs. I was hesitant of how the upper part of these leggings would affect my gut issues from several surgeries, but I’ve found the high waistband and lighter compression on the tummy area to be quite comfortable. Update: I’ve worn this pair and another pair almost daily for over a month. They seem to be very durable and wash up nicely. These are thicker leggings. Great for cooler temps. As far as getting these on, once I figured out how to do it (definitely do not use the “scrunch” method recommended on the package) I find these go on relatively easily and without pain. Tip: fold them inside out until you have a lower leg amount about the length of a knee high. Pull on up to your knee (like you’d put on a knee high sock). At this point the rest of the legging should be folded back over your calves so that the crotch is inside out at your ankles. Now begin taking about 4-6” and unfold above your knees. Do this again until the legging is about mid-thigh. At this point you can just unfold them the rest of way up over your belly and make any minor adjustments you need to. Reverse the process when you take them off and they’ll be ready to go the next day. The whole process takes me less than a minute and is pain free. Hope this is helpful for anyone with painful legs.

I'm just 24 hrs into these & am starting with a 4 star rating. New to the whole compression gear as I'm working to self-manage loose skin from significant weight loss (work in process) & searching for a practitioner to diagnose my lipedema. My goals are to reduce swelling in my ankles, have moderate compression & provide some relief to my lower body. I say manage your expectations because I read reviews about how compressed these are (or are not). The description clearly states MODERATE compression. With these, expect to have some firmness & hold but nothing that a high compression garment would offer. I chose this brand due to the sizing: if I went based off measurements w/ other brands, I fell between 3 sizes ranging from a L to a 4X. That was too confusing. Being 5'7", I just went with an XL which is close enough (I wear 14/16, hourglass shaped w/ hips 46", waist 35"). I was NOT happy with the price (>$60) but thought I'd give the massaging aspect a try vs my compression athletic leggings. Putting these on requires that you pay attention to what you're doing. Anyone of a certain age who lived in pantyhose knows this: nails are not your friends. I put on gloves at first because I didn't want to create any holes on 1st try in case I wanted to return them. They went on alright: you have to work section by section, slowly, attentively. You can't just start pulling them up. You have to watch where your fingers are at all times. They reach high above my waistline, just under my breasts, which works fine for me. They do not roll down at all. After wearing them for a few hours in the evening, I took them off so that they'd be good to wear all day for work (remote desk job). The massage lines were gone within a half hour after removing them. Next morning, I did not wear gloves the 2nd time and didn't have any issues. The stretchiness was fine. I was able to get everything in place. You have to be very mindful when you up past your thighs to get things in place behind your butt so that the crotch lines up. Shorter people may have an easier time with this. There was not enough material to pull down over my heels. I do find that the crotch does drop, especially with a lot of up/downs during the day & when you have to use the bathroom. They do bunch in the back of my knees a bit but am able to smooth everything out when I go to the bathroom which helps w/ the crotch drop (lol). I can see if I went a size smaller that they'd be more sheer but the thickness of the material based on the size I have is right on point: they are not sheer (do not show my underwear). I could wear these like regular leggings if I so choose (& that was my goal). I would never order a legging that isn't black. I took a walk in them at lunch & there is no chafing or wear showing between the legs. They should have pockets to make them more functional. Huge miss if you're trying to combine everyday wear with function! Time will tell on how well they are in quality & sturdiness. Given the price, material, quality & anticipated sturdiness, these are NOT worth the high cost. I would not pay more than $30 for these. It's terrible how companies think it's OK to basically extort customers with expensive items ... seeing compression over $100 is just ridiculous! I will have to see MAJOR improvements for me to purchase these again (& see pockets on them). I'll handwash them tonight & plan to wear them a few times each week. For the most part, I'll plan on sticking to my $25 compression athletic leggings WITH pockets. I will update my review if there are any issues or improvements! Good luck

Good compression. Took getting used to the seams before I stopped noticing (maybe it was stretched by then?) Great relief post-surgery for Lipedema when I was ready to switch to normal compression. Will say: it's super long (like covering 2 thirds of my feet) and insanely high waisted (came almost to my bra). Plus, kinda wish they'd knock several inches off the waist (length). For ref: 4"10 162lbs Considerations: trying the capri version, should be good for my height.

I need compression from the abdomen down for POTS, and not only are these the most comfortable but the ridges in the fabric are wonderful for my chronically sore muscles and joints due to EDS. The fabric is soft, stretchy and breathable. I’m a believer! I only wish there were more color options. I’m in between sizes and prefer the larger of the 2. The smaller was a bit less opaque and looked more like tights than leggings.
