Let me start off with this caveat, I have very small ear canals due to a medical condition I was born with. Most in ear headphones and ear plugs don't fit in my ears.That said, these are too big to go far enough in my ear to do any good. Maybe if they were offered in a size for small children, I would try again.

The handle gives you good grip and the tips do grab your wax pretty easily. The problem is getting it cleaned off. The wax likes to stick and it is difficult to remove.

I saw ads coming up for this product and figured it would be somewhat gimmicky but I was hopeless trying to clean my 14 month olds ears, to my surprise the product actually works wonderfully! Easy to clean and doesn’t hurt or cause soreness. Definitely recommend if you understand how bad Q-tips are for your ears!

I get wax buildup a lot, so after following the directions, I found myself with a compacted ear and had to go to Urgent Care. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM, as this could happen to you.
