Circulon Symmetry Chocolate Hard Anodized Nonstick 10-Inch and 12-Inch Skillet Twin Pack

I tend to add a small amount of butter or olive oil when I cook, and when I do, these pans are very non-stick. The 12" pan is larger then I expected so I ended up also buying the set that comes with the 9" and 11" pans. I make a lot of fried eggs, omelettes, burgers, boneless/skinless chicken breasts, fried rice and stir fry's and everything cooks up great, doesn't stick, and cleans up super easy. They have a nice solid flat bottom and the pans lay nice and flat and seem to heat evenly. They are somewhat thicker then the cheaper more generic pans they are replacing in my house, so they take a little longer to heat up and I tend to cook things with a slightly higher temp setting. I'm thinking of buying a set as a Christmas gift. Quite pleased so far.

These are great, but they don't heat up as much as I thought they would. Though they do heat up evenly.

I have always wanted to find this set. I have one pan already and it was so handy that I got these. I cook everything in them and have almost used al 3. Great products
