These insoles are very well made and help stimulate the entire foot. Once my feet got used to wearing the insoles, I found them to be helpful with foot pain and stress on the legs. I haven't had them for a long time, but I believe that they will help relieve aches and pains in the entire body. The description for the product is accurate.Buy these if you're willing to take the time and effort to get used to them as they DO take some getting used to. I found that it was helpful to use it on one foot for a few minutes and then on the other foot while my feet were adjusting to them. I’m very happy with the purchase and am anticipating more benefits the longer I own them.This is a quality product and well-made. It fits very well into both my sandals and into my walking shoes. I would highly recommend it!

I got these in men's size 12 for my husband, but they are much too small and too narrow to fit any of his shoes. They look pretty, but the stones are much smaller than pictured and some are very poky/uncomfortable.My husband ended up putting these insoles by the bed and he just stands on them for a few minutes. Socks are a must - too painful without.If you are considering these insoles, go a size or two larger.

I love these acupressure inserts they’re so easy to use in any shoe. They don’t slip or move around and they definitely apply the right amount of pressure to your feet.

When I purchased these, I expected them to be in pairs. They came one each in a container & I purchased two. In the picture/description it shows a pair. I was buying these as Christmas gifts & had to come up with something else for those two people.
