We purchased this 3 HP pulverizer about 4 months ago, and it has been working extremely well. The grinding performance is smooth and efficient, and the motor easily handles regular use without any problems. 😌 One of the best features is the automatic shut-off system—the machine turns off on its own once pulverizing is complete. It also plays a music tone when the process is finished, which is very convenient and removes the need for constant supervision. In terms of capacity, it can pulverize around 20–25 kg per hour, which is excellent and more than enough for normal household use. The build quality is solid, and the machine feels very reliable. The after-sales service is also impressive. Company employees contact us on their own to check if there are any issues with the machine. However, we have never needed servicing 😂, as the machine has been performing perfectly. Overall, this pulverizer delivers strong performance, smart features, and great customer support. A true 5-star product and highly recommended.
