Best tools and has programming and it is so useful

The advertisement say 34 reset services. I received today and the box says 28 reset services. To add to review, after utilizing device I noticed the device do not support my vehicle 2007 yukon denali 6.2L. A ton of functions that doesn't support. I paid a lot for this device thinking it would do what's advertised. I could have saved my money and purchase a cheaper device that probably would give me more functions. This useless to me. My $32 scanner do more for me.

Item was suppose to be new in the box and was used with someone name already registered to the VCI. I would like this to be corrected just opened today to use now it is no good to me and I am past my return window. I bought a new item and I would like a new item.

The first thing that hit me when I pulled this baby out of the case was how much larger the screen is from other tools I've used. The 10" touch screen just makes everything look bigger and clearer. Another mechanic at the shop where I work, owns a high end Snap On scan tool. I believe this tool will do everything that his will do and it's faster and easier to use. Plus, when needed updates are far less expensive: $300 compared to $1000 (on special).I have far from mastered this tool. I seem to pick up something new that this thing will do every day or two. Unfortunately, I just don't have the time to play with it that I wish I did. There are some helpful videos on YouTube by ADVANCED LEVEL AUTOMOTIVE. There, Eric, who is a independent specialist who does advanced electronic stuff for different dealerships, uses a ThinkCar ThinkTool Pros in most of his videos. There seems to be very little that this thing can't do.The tool has a handle that hides away neatly when not in use, creates a stand for setting it on a flat surface, or can be used to hang the scanner on the steering wheel. That's especially handy when you're using live data and connected with the included OBD2 Bluetooth sending unit.The ThinkTool PROS+ includes way more connection cables than I'll ever need. At the dealership where I work, we rarely service anything exotic. That seems to be what most of these cables are for. All these different cables are the reason that the case has to be so large. I don't think it would be so bad to have a separate case to house these and in so doing, make the case for the scanner a bit more manageable.
