I take 2-4 of these at a time because it is very, very difficult for me to fall asleep. I started buying the 50 mg now so I don't have to take so many at a time, but these are good as well. Get the job done and cheaper than brand name.

I use this product occasionally for help with sleep when I'm having trouble sleeping. It helps me to get the sleep that I need and still be able to get up at my normal time and not feel sluggish. I get up just like normal with no side effects. Great product.

The media could not be loaded. These pills only worked once you fall asleep. It doesn’t give you a feeling of drowsiness. Nor are they addictive! So I really did enjoy using the pills!!!
