I have severe arthritis with sciatic pain, and have bought other, more expensive cushions that compress so much (and so unevenly) that they sometimes cause more problems than they solve. These maintain a consistent firmness that provides just the right amount of both comfort and support, and the contoured shape is much more effective that just a rectangular or round cushion. I have one in my car and another on my desk chair, and they have been a significant improvement in the quality of my daily life.

Absolutely love this pillow! I have really bad back/butt pain! This pillow allows me to sit comfortably without putting any pressure on my sore area! It is a game changer!

At first it was very comfortable and eased the tension in my back some. But shortly after it shrank in thickness and wasn't as effective. I do understand wear and tear applies to just about any product but this one seemed to wear thin quicker than I anticipated. Still somewhat comfortable though and a bargain for the price.

I have been using this seat cushion on my desk chair for three years, and it has held up nicely. I highly recommend this cushion for comfort and quality.

I'm using this in my car for low back pain after having surgery. It's truly supportive in that it does not flatten out at all and it helps sooo much with driving after surgery. So many sellers are selling these types of cushions now and making all sorts of claims that don't turn out to be true, but this cushion is high quality.

I used this through my pregnancy with my office chair to my kitchen chair. It’s thick and firm. Iv used it periodically when on long road trips as a passenger and thought it was a great accessory addition to have on long road trip. Good size and shape.

We use these regularly, and they make long sitting tolerable.

Received a dirty case and completely faulty zipper, not sure why they would sell it. The cushion itself works but is not very comfortable like the Aerostralia one.

So stiff not comfy at all
