Fantastic product. Lasts a long time, I've made homemade medicinal marshmallow with it, and added it to tea mixtures for extra razzle dazzle. Excellent flavor.

Marshmallow root is good for your prostate I have other herbs that I put together to make a good holistic herbal combination with no drugs effect

I was surprised with aroma of this tea ! I use it for medicinal purposes and I remember having it as child as a cough remedy but it had much milder smell and taste. This tea has some hints of aromatic mountain herbs and is in shredded form instead of being in small cubic chunks . Perhaps this is black Malva instead of white one which I used to have as a child but both have the same medicinal qualities and I am happy with my purchase. Also, being in shredded form makes this tea easier to prepare. The only thing that is missing is printed label with correct Latin name of the plant as well as instructions for brewing. If you are new to this tea you should know that infusion is made in cold or lukewarm water. Plant malarial is covered with water and left to seep for couple of hours and than strained. You can drink it cold or warmed up and sweetened to taste.

Takes away the burning that interstitial cystitis causes. However, it not very tasty but it definitely helps the awful burning. Also helps with water retention but most teas do.

This is part of a recipe to reduce phlegm build-up so I cannot attest to it as a lone ingredient.

I was expecting a more ground-up product that I could use as a tea. To make this tea-ready, I had to grind it up. Perhaps that makes this product fresher? But not a classic tea or herbal tea - it's literally chunks of the root.
