We got a new faucet with the sprayer built in. Rather than put a cap on the hole for our old sprayer, I wanted a soap dispenser. Rather than paying a bunch of money at the hardware store for the faucet and soap dispense in one, I ordered both on Amazon, from separate manufacturers for a great deal of savings. This product fits great and looks great, it matches the faucet well, you wouldn't believe its not a pair.A few people indicated it wasn't sturdy in their review and some mentioned it fell over? They must be using the product wrong, because it's fastened to the hole with a plastic nut underneath just like a sprayer is. It's impossible to fall over. Perhaps they thought it was a regular on counter soap dispenser?Being able to fill from the top is EXCELLENT. This is very easy too. If you have a smaller funnel it makes the job a bit easier if you buy the really large bottle of bulk antibacterial soap like we do.

Looks great in the kitchen and works great. You can refill by removing the bottle from the bottom or pulling the dispenser out from the top.

Looks great. Works great. Easy to install. Has a bit wider base than others, which is exactly what I needed (to cover granite hole cut). I took off one star because while the base is nice and sturdy. The entire top piece is wobbly, probably because you can pull it right out to refill the soap. I would just like an overall more solid feel. In the end great dispenser for the price.

February 14, 2017 Update: I've had this soap dispenser installed for several months now and am very pleased with it. I noticed that another customer left a comment about the dispenser "tipping over" due to an improper weight distribution, but I have not experienced this issue myself. (There are rubber washers to hold it in place so shifting should not happen if installed properly.) I'll include some updated photos.------------------------------Original review: I purchased a new, contemporary "satin nickel" Blanco faucet and wanted a matching, deck mounted soap dispenser. But after purchasing a used Blanco dispenser online for $70 that unfortunately arrived broken, I decided to take a chance on this affordable Avola dispenser - and I am completely satisfied with this purchase. Minus the plastic bottle, the head is made of solid metal. Visually, the dispenser looks very clean and modern. Plus, it's satin nickel finish matches my Blanco faucet perfectly! Although my dispenser will not be installed for another month or two because I am in the beginning process of a major kitchen remodel, I will update my review if I have any issues with it down the road. Most importantly, I'd like to add my two cents on my positive experience with Avola's customer service. The day after purchasing this dispenser, it was suddenly listed at a reduced priced due to promotional reasons. I was so disappointed and wrote to the company immediately. Jasmin, the customer service rep from Avola, was awesome and offered me an appropriate solution. Good customer service is hard to find and the fact that they literally took the time to correspond with me on several occasions over a 20 dollar soap bottle (to not only make things right on their end but to also ensure my happiness as a customer) is beyond awesome! As long as they continue to put out quality products and keep up with their quality customer service, I have high hopes for this company and look forward to purchasing from them again.

This shipped quickly. When I opened the box, I was immediately impressed with the weight of the product. It was packed simply inside a padded sleeve. Very easy to install and looks great. I also like that refilling it is simple and easy from the top. You don't have to go under the sink and twist off the bottle. It is very sturdy and pumps smoothly. Great buy.

This dispenser holds plenty of soap and matches the faucet perfectly.The soap dispenser replaced an RO faucet. Very pleased!:)

I really like our new soap dispenser. It goes great with our new faucet, and it's so easy to use. The pump is really easy to push down and it gives the perfect amount of soap with ok nd pump. I love having the soap bottle hidden under the sink and no longer having to deal with my soap bottle falling over. You do need to be careful, as the instructions say, to push on the big top section of the pump and not the skinny spout part or it could easily get bent. Its sold at a good price and it's really easy to install. I would buy this again.

I love how slim this dispenser is since my faucet is very close to the hole now used for soap (previously the hole was for the water sprayer, but with new faucets-that is now build in, so we have repurposed the hole). Installation is always a challenge under the sink. I like there are rubber washers - my previous dispenser did not have those. However, using both washers raises it up a little and did not look right, so we did not use the flat washer as that looked best. The plastic 1" plastic tube that connects the dispenser to bottle is a little short Imo. My counter is thicker than most with 1 3/4-inch granite on top of plywood (my previous dispenser had a much longer tube) ... so again a little challenging. After getting the hardware in, I filled the bottle and connected it. Here's the issue, as I wind the soap bottle it unscrews the connection at the top. What the heck? Meaning you need 2 people to do this. one to hold it up top to make sure it doesn't move and unscrew and one person under the sink to get it connected and tightened. I assume this is a design flaw or because the 1" tube is too short.

We really like the streamlines look. Install was super simple.We opted to add a longer plastic hose to run from a larger soap container, rather than the included short tube and plastic bottle.

Matches faucet - good extension to sink

We previously installed a similar dispenser in our kitchen that was 3 times the price. This one looks exactly like it, was easy to install & so much cheaper. The pump mechanism works well. We just love it!

Was very easy to install and it matched our sink color perfectly. Very handy to have a soap dispenser at the sink and not have to grab a bottle or have another dispenser on the counter. Working very well so far.
