Very nice candles. They burn well. Beeswax has many benefits over parafin. Clean burning, hotter burning, more environmentally friendly depending on how they are sourced, less smoke south properly trimmed wick heights, etc. Trade off is they cost a bit more, but with this length, you can cut each one into three smaller candles very easily! And because beeswax is able to be molded very easily and bonds with just heat from your hand and kneading, you can take the small piece off the top (taking care not to cut thru the wick) and knead it then put it on the bottom then there is no waste! And you can mold a sturdier base so they stand on their own. Only difference is it might look a bit dirty compared to the rest so Marilee sure you have clean hands and work surface. I bought these for my fire kits. Very good for bushcrafting and camping. Can fit easily in Altoids tin after being cut down and take up less space than a tealight. Very, very useful. Will buy again. Only thing that would take me elsewhere would be drastic price change or not ridiculously priced local made ones of the same height. Came really quickly and intact. Buy them and stay warm ;) ATB

I really like the smell of these candles - a really alluring, subtle sweet smell in the box. I didn't smell anything while they were burning. They are just shy of 1/4 inch in diameter. The six inch candles burn all the way down and really leave no trace of their existence - no smoke, no drippage. They last about an hour.

This product is perfect for meditation. It has a short burn, under an hour. It's good quality. No smell, no smoke. It has a little drip, but if you trim the wick it won't. I'm very happy with this product. And it arrived right when it said it would.

Love these candles. I bought them to make emergency shortening candles like I saw on a YouTube video. they are one of the best wicks to use for a shortening or ard candle because they are a candle the was holds the wick up when the shortening becomes liquid and the wick of the candle is just the right size to use with a mason jar.

Real beeswax. Good size for our use. Burn down with no drips.

reminded me that its been a while, and after many power outages, due to wind, snow, rain etc.. these are worht it. they are very bright. and if u do the crisco trick and use these as the internal wick... omg..5 hrs ..yes.

The candles themselves seem good and as described. They burn fairly clean and have minimal dripping. I haven't found a candle holder yet that is the right size for these so I have so far melted the candles to a tea light cup and cautiously keep them where even if they tip over I won't burn my house down. The candle package arrived damaged but none of the (received) candles were broken beyond use. The candle packaging had opened and some candles spilled out into the Amazon box. It would be better if the candle box did not have a cutout and if the top/bottom had a piece of tape to keep it closed so it would protect the candles better in transit. I collected all of the candles from the Amazon box and ended up with only 18 of the 50 candles, which was unfortunate. Some must have gotten lost before Amazon boxed my order.

These candles are excellent: no smell, no drips, easy to install in a holder, flexible and continue to burn for 45 min. It exactly what I needed, ordered them twice and will order more.
