I'm 73yo with years of experience with cell phones.I looked at the assortment of covers on Amazon and read the review. The most common problems are that the two piece covers become loose and slide (not off); and also the cover finishes are almost as slippery as the factory finish. I hate slippery phones.After watching cover reviews on you-tube it became clear to me that this cover was the way to go.It stays in place; not slippery nor is it difficult to insert and remove from your pocket.It provides added protection if I drop it (probably not 100%). Although there's thicker more protective covers - this offers an added feature that pretty much prevents accidental drops: THE RINGI wasn't sure I'd like the ring but I love it. It does not get in the way.I pull it out of my pocket by the ring (so easy and safe). Plus I slide a finger into the ring while using the phone which makes it easier to hold the phone - but also substantially reduces the risk of a drop.This is the most practical cover I've ever used or seen.

This a very nice looking case that feels soft to the touch. The finger strap is pretty useful as well. The thickness of the case really compliments the design of the Galaxy Flip.Usually Samsung branded cases are terrible for protection. Ive had very bad luck with samsung cases, but their design has always been very good looking. I always believed that official Samsung cases were more designed for style, than protection.Ive dropped the phone a few times on hard ground and the case did a decent job at protecting the device, at least cosmetically.

This phone case keeps my phone protected and the loop makes it easy to hold. The only downside is that it needs to be replaced every 6-12 months as the rubber coating starts to peel off. Other than that, it is a solid phone case.

All I know is that this stuck and stayed stuck. Now, after 9 months of using it, the part near the charger has ripped, but that can be attributed to missing the charging port with a chunky charging cable. The case is amazing and has never once fallen off or given me any reason to believe that my phone is not comfortably and safely within its grasp.

There is no way my phone can slip out of my hand with the ring placed on my middle finger. It's a comfortable and secure case for my flip phone. The texture of the case is not slippery smooth so it does not slide in and out of my pants pockets without a little effort, but on the flip side, the phone is less likely to slip out of my pocket by accident. I highly recommend this case.

I've purchased other cases for my flip phone. They always look great-- for a couple of weeks. Then they start to fall apart. There's nothing fancy about this case, but it's tough, looks good, and I love the ring on the back
