Need a ceiling mount extractor

Won't connect, after sales is shocking
It won't connect to the app, after sales no help.Instructions are poor, and the unit comes with a fitted plug, don't know about you but I do t have a socket in the middle of my room to plug a free standing untmit into. Customer service said the warranty and guarantee would be void if I cut the plug off to hard wire the unit in.Absolutely stupid!

Great looking machine
Easy to install and does a great job ideal for our kitchen in a stone walled barn. Didn't want to start knocking holes in the walls so the recirculation is great steamgoes in and cold air is recirculated. Great value for money

Arrived in pieces, so sent back
We waited weeks for the hood to arrive, and when it did the courier had managed to smash the glass facia into tiny pieces, then the Klarstein charged us to send it back, disgusted all round as K could of claimed this back from the courier, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone
