Marinading steaks in this products makes them so yummy. We prefer overnight in the fridge but, even a few hours yield a wonderful flavor.

Great way to make your meat yummy!
We grill steak/chicken a lot. These marinades are great. Not overwhelming yet adds great flavor. I found that a 90 minute "soaking" vs 30 minutes works better. I've done the 30 minutes and it's fine, I just think the 90 minutes infuses a bit better. I use to add all sorts of flavors to steak but now all I do is use this product (various flavors). Don't use it all, save some to baste your meat as it cooks.
