Perfect for cooking if you don’t have gas at home

Heats up fast and does the job. The only recommendation is a separate on and off knob. I thought I had turned the knob clear off, only to find out a day later in a dark kitchen the red light was coming on and off. I had not completely turned it off. There doesn't seem to be a 'click' to tell a person if the burner is completely off, unfortunately.

Heat level and temperature on this really surprised me worked great when our stove went out boils water cooking ability was really good cools off really fast awesome product would highly recommend

I'd like to explain why I took off 2 stars. * minus one star because there is no OFF indicator for this burner. I have NO IDEA if it's off and can only assume that if I turn the dial counterclockwise as far as it will go - then it will be off. I should not have to assume it's off. "OFF" needs to always be clearly labeled with something that could be a fire hazard. * minus one star because the seller lied about this burner being easy to clean. In fact, it's difficult to clean. They should be forced to remove that lie from the description. You cannot remove the burner like you can on a stove top with this type burner. So, you have to push a skinny object of some sort under the burner to clean it which is in fact DIFFICULT to clean. All in all - I'll keep it, though. I saw a lot of reviews talking about the heat. I don't know about theirs, but mine heats up just like this particular tech should. This is not an induction burner nor an open flame, so I don't know why people are comparing it that way. If you look at my pictures, the burner gets plenty hot. The heat is not consistent, but that is characteristic of this type of burner tech. I have been using it every day and hope it lasts. I would recommend this burner but it's VERY difficult to clean and will stink up your place if you don't clean it.

Bought this for my RV that has a propane cooktop. I have a propane camp stove. But the RV also has exterior electrical outlets. We prefer to cook and eat outdoors when camping even when we have full hook-ups. Cooking with propane canisters is a lot more expensive than electric. This double burner is perfect for what we use it for. It doesn’t take up much storage space. It cooks more consistently and faster than my propane camp stove. We are extremely happy with this purchase. And the price point is really good for what we got with this product.
