We use it daily. This has been a good year for us. We have managed to dodge most colds and flu. My husband did get 1 sinus infection but that's much better than most winters. Anytime we have to be in large groups of people, we take the whole dose, (4 chewable pills), in the morning or a few hours before we go. Absolutely anytime before we have to fly anywhere. Usually we take 2 in the morning and thw other 2, 12 hours later. It really must boost the immune system!

Airborne is a common name in my household for immune health. These chewable Vit C tablets add to the mix. Tablets are huge, kinda scary looking, and taste like sweet orange juice (sugar is sucralose). More tart than sweet. You are supposed to chew 4 daily for a total of 500mg Vit C. I like to savor and suck on it, if I have the time. And I also only take 2 because while I like the taste, I don't like it that much. I swear by the whole 1000mg Vit C daily like you get in the powdered drink, so it is crazy I would be 8 of these to achieve that same regimen. That would be my main reason not to take these long term. Kids will love these. Call them Vit C candies. Note box contains only 11 servings so one jar won't go far in a family all taking them.However, they are great support in this health conscious time. I recommend, just not as much as I would other airborne products.

My husband and I travel quite frequently and always take these before, during and after our flights. Has really helped boost our immune systems. Flavor is a very pleasant orange.

I take one when I feel like I am coming down with a cold and this stops that in a day.
