It definitely helps with tendonitis and injury prevention. It's pretty breathable and you can adjust to fit tons of sizes.I actually use it over my clothing (e.g. sweater) and works just as great and can easily remove it or put it back on with ease.Velcro strap durable and works great.

I have a torn bicep this helps sooo much can be tightened or loosened easily for your comfort I also wear while sleeping

This is easy to put on and you can forget you have it on. Be sure to get the right size.

Works as advertised, wish it were a bit longer to cover more of the arm, but it works well. Looks durable.

Did not offer relief. I could be using it wrong but I didn’t find it to be very helpful.

I have a repetitive motion stress sore muscle when using my cell phone...holding it tight, this brace holds the muscle & gives the necessary support. When my arm reacted to Kinesiology Tape used in P.T. This was a great feasible alternative

From the minute I put on this compression sleeve, the non-stop pain in my upper arm stopped.Since the directions say to hand wash & air dry, I got a second one so I don't have to wait for it to dry.The first time putting it on was a little challenging because of only having one hand to make the adjustments. But once I got it where I wanted, I now slide it on and off and use the strap to make the tightness adjustment.Note that when first taking it out of the packaging, the first one smelled awful. Either I got used to it, or the smell faded, because I don't notice it anymore. However, the sleeve is so helpful for me that I would have tolerated the odor. Interestingly, the second one did not have the same smell.Although I have discomfort that wakes me up, I found that sometimes the sleeve seems to get too tight overnight. So, sometimes I do not wear it while sleeping.So far, the sleeve is most helpful for me when doing heavy lifting. But any time I start having discomfort in my upper arm, the sleeve relieves it. I have no idea if this compression sleeve works the same for everyone but for me it was a miracle.
