Almost a Toy
Just opened the box and am unimpressed. If I didn't need to test a recipe and in a time crunch, this would be going back. I'm hoping that it will be able to make it through the 24 empanadas for the test batch. Poorly engineered connections for the handle...right were you would need strength to compress the edge. The entire piece is made from thin metal. The look? Shiny! The feel? Cheap! It's an item I would have passed over if I was purchasing in person.
